By booking or using services provided by Frangipani Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Frangipani Cleaning Services provides residential home cleaning services within Melbourne Inner North and surrounding areas.

All services are performed according to our standard cleaning checklist unless otherwise agreed.

Additional services may incur extra charges.

2. Pricing

Our cleaning services are generally offered using a flat-rate pricing system based on home size and service type.

Final pricing may be confirmed after discussing the property size, condition, and cleaning requirements.

Additional services not included in the standard clean may be quoted separately.

3. Access to the property

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

If cleaners cannot access the property at the agreed time, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply.

4. Cancellation policy

We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Payment

Payment is required after the service is completed unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, card payment, or other agreed methods.

Invoices are issued according to the agreed service arrangement.

6. Property condition

Clients are expected to ensure the home environment is safe and suitable for cleaning.

Frangipani Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if the environment is considered unsafe.

7. Damage or breakage

While we take great care when cleaning your home, accidents can occasionally happen.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service so it can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

8. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue and take reasonable steps to resolve it.

9. Changes to these terms

Frangipani Cleaning Services may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
